Was sind Moot Courts?

Bei diesem Rollenspiel übernehmen die Studierenden die Aufgabe, als Anwalt die Interessen ihres Mandanten in einer simulierten Verhandlung – gerichtlich oder außergerichtlich – zu vertreten. Zudem besteht die Gelegenheit zum Erwerb eines Seminar- und Schlüsselqualifikationsscheins.
