Organisational Questions

Your contact point for questions regarding enrollment, orientation, language courses and accommodation as well as general questions about studying and living in Heidelberg is the International Relations Department. This also organises Orientation days for new international students one week before lectures start.

There are also other services and events for international students organized by the International Relations Division. In addition, they provide a range of comprehensive information for ERASMUS incoming students on studying and living in Heidelberg (e.g. finding accommodation, residence permit, study procedure).

The Student Administration of the International Relations Division is responsible for enrollment at the beginning of your stay, re-enrollment for another semester and exmatriculation at the end of your ERASMUS stay (Issuance of Certificate of Arrival and Certificate of Attendance).

The General Advisory Service of the International Relations Office offers individual assistance and support in all questions and problems relating to your stay in Heidelberg.
