Erasmus Learning Agreement

What is the Learning Agreement about?

The learning agreement is an agreement between the ERASMUS students, the home university and the subject coordinators of Heidelberg University.

The learning agreement is independently compiled by the student according to the specifications of their home university. See the form on the website Forms and Documents. Fill in the document completely according to the courses you wish to attend, following the completition instructions below on this page and send it to the ERASMUS Coordination of the Law Faculty for examination and signature. Depending on the requirements of your home university, this may be required before or at the beginning of your stay.

The Learning Agreement should be submitted to the ERASMUS coordinator of the Faculty of Law by mid-December (winter semester) or mid-June (summer semester) at the latest.

Lectures and courses

You can set your own timetable according to the requirements of your home university. You can attend all courses at the Faculty of Law (except Practical preparation courses ("Übungen")). Participation in seminars, moot courts and study groups is only possible after prior registration. Before you make your final choice of course, we recommend that you attend all courses in the first two weeks of the lecture period. Afterwards, you can make your final choice, coordinate it with your home university and then submit the learning agreement to the ERASMUS coordinator of the Faculty of Law for examination and signature.
